Six Assemblies of CS Cone Crusher

The CS cone crusher machine six assemblies include fixed cone assembly, moving cone assembly, transmission assembly, spring, bowl type shaft bracket, the chassis assembly. Other associate parts are composed with electrical system and rare lubrication system.

  • The fixed cone assembly includes feeding hopper, adjustment cap, support, adjustment, mortar walls, lock screw;
  • The moving cone assembly includes main shaft, moving cone body, crushing wall, main shaft sleeve, the cutting ring, spindle nut, tray;
  • Drive assembly: sheave, swelling, drive shaft, shaft sleeve, the shaft frame, small bevel gear, the big bevel gear eccentric weight plate, the main shaft bushing, rack bushing;
  • Spring device: spring set;
  • Bowl type shaft bracket: bowl type shaft frame, type of shaft seal ring, bowl type;
  • Frame assembly: frame and hydraulic cleaning system.

How to Clean the Crushing Cavity?

When the hydraulic station is connected with the crusher machine, you can start the hydraulic station. When the pressure reaches 56MPa or 63MPa, the cleaning jack will rise the support sleeve and it will reduce the spring to crushing cavity materials’ pressure. The materials in the cavity can fall down without limitation. When the crusher body is without limitation, there is no material in crushing cavity. You can reduce the pressure station and release the power of jack and make the support sleeve back to the frame.

How to Have Lubrication?

There are two oil roads. One is: the oil enters into the machine through the machine down part hole and then it is divided into three roads which include inside and outside of eccentric bushing, main shaft central oil hole, and lubricating the large and small bevel gear through hole. The other road is through the drive frame hole. It will lubricate the bearing. The oil will go through the small bevel gear and it will prevent the oil return oil return hole on the cover.
