The crusher is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials in industrial sectors such as cement, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, building materials and refractory materials. Although the jaw crusher has the advantages of small volume, large crushing ratio, low noise, simple structure and convenient maintenance, as well as high productivity, uniform particle size of the crushed material, low over-grinding rate, convenient maintenance, sensitive overload protection, safety and reliability. Long-term use of the No. 1 roller end shell lining will cause wear and tear, so a buffer plate is placed on both sides of the crusher feed inlet to take down the clinker, and try to avoid the fine clinker entering the lining and the ends of the roller. The gap reduces the scouring of the casing liner and reduces the wear of the castable material on both sides of the feed inlet of the crusher by the accumulation of materials on the buffer plate.

Due to the uneven force of each bolt, the connecting rod of the drive roller and the hollow shaft of the roller are often easily cut. Therefore, four internal cylindrical pins are evenly added in the axial direction of the roller shaft head and the hollow shaft of the roller to reduce the shearing force of the connecting bolt and to play a positioning role and improve the transmission strength. Secondly, strengthen the installation quality of the connecting bolts. When tightening the bolts, use a torque wrench. The tightening sequence should follow the principle of symmetry, crossover and multiple-wheel repetition, so that the contact surfaces can be evenly contacted and fit well to ensure that each bolt is protected. The force is uniform, which lays the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the kiln.

The breakage of the bolt often causes the casing liner to fall off. Then add a set of briquetting devices to each shell lining, even if the bolts break, at the same time ensure that the lining plates will not fall off, thereby improving the safe operation rate of the crusher, reducing the labor intensity of the post workers, and improving the equipment.
