Cone crusher is widely used for high hardness mineral ore crushing. And it is widely used for secondary or fine crushing in one crushing production line. Generally speaking, in one big crushing line, the wear of its cone bushing is very strong and that is bad influence the whole production.

Generally, the spindle shaft bearing bushing is very easy to wear, the flowing has slight wear and tear, and the middle of it always has no wear. so how to prevent it to wear is very important :

  1. According to the instruction, to adjust the gap of eccentric shaft bearing, when to check and maintenance, you can make bottom gap of cone bushing larger, at the same time ensure the top gap.
  2. When do the maintenance, you should ensure the thickness of up, middle, down the same.
    Adjust the bevel gear clearance to ensure the uniform of gasket.
  3. Before starting the machine, to ensure the gearing wheel flexibility, and after the machine working normally, then feed into the crushed materials.
  4. Before stop the machine, should let the machine discharge all the materials from crushing chamber, and then turn off the power.
  5. Pay attention to the bearing’s temperature, and ensure the bearing in the good lubrication condition. And also should pay attention to the noisy and vibration. If there is something unmoral, stop the machine in time and check if there is anything stuck in the machine or there is any part damaged.
  6. Keep feeding evenly; forbid the metal, wood and other unbreakable materials into the crushing chamber.
  7. If the final output size is much bigger than required, you should find out the reason, and eliminate this phenomenon.
  8. When stop the crusher, you should check whether the bolt is loose, the wearing parts’ damageable degree. And replace the wearing parts in time and so on .
