Operational Principle

CS Cone Crusher crushes components by the operating surface involving the movable cone and fixed cone. So it’s even more sophisticated and effective than jaw crusher. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft that is set inside the eccentric sleeve, and also the sleeve is set around the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve with each other. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, as well as the wheel on the conveyor belt is driven by motor by way of v-belts. The reduced aspect of vertical shaft is installed within the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there’s a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes close to the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the movable cone leaves, grinded supplies is discharged in the discharge hole.
