Operational Principle

When LM Vertical Grinding Mill working, motor driven disc reducer rotating material air lock feeder from the feed inlet and on disc central, hot air from the inlet into the mill.With the disc rotation, the material under the effect of centrifugal force, to the disc edge to move through the annular groove on the disc by grinding roller compacted crushed, crushed material in the disc edge, high-speed airflow with air ring since particles straight into the re-grinding on the disc, the flow of material through the upper separator, the role of the rotating rotor, meals from the cone bucket fell on disc re-grinding, qualified powder with a mill with the air by closing devices to collect dust, represents the product, the moisture-containing material in the process of contact with the hot gas stream is dried, by adjusting the hot-air temperature, can meet the requirements of different humidity materials, to achieve the desired product moisture.
