Every six months, the insulation resistance is measured remotely, and the problem is found to be dealt with in time.

Mining equipment is very important because it operates continuously for a long time and most of them operate in an outdoor environment. The lubrication maintenance method is as follows: the spindle refueling time is once per shift, but it must be noted that when the oil in the oil cup is not lost or the loss is too slow, the oil passage should be cleaned immediately, and then 50# mechanical oil is added, and the oil cup position is at the upper end of the main shaft; The spindle base bearing and the grinding roller shaft bearing are filled with grease gun 3# lithium-based grease once every time; the analyzer bearing is opened and cleaned once every six months, adding 3# lithium-based grease; the fan bearing chamber is added with lithium Base grease.

In addition, it is also necessary to strictly prohibit the metal block from entering the machine, otherwise it will damage the grinding roller and the grinding ring, even the center hanger. The feeding should be uniform and should not be ignored. Too much feed will block the air duct, reduce the output, burn the motor easily, and feed too little will also feed the output. The feeding granularity of the hard material should be less than 15 mm in diameter, and the diameter of the soft material can be 20 mm. It is strictly forbidden to add large pieces of material into the machine.

Air volume adjustment: The air volume control valve located on the air intake pipe of the fan is generally opened to the specified position and adjusted according to the fineness and output requirements. The regulating valve located on the exhaust pipe of the exhaust gas outlet can be adjusted to the inlet without dust emission. The air volume is small and the fineness is high, but it should be noted that the air volume is too small, and the airflow in the air duct below the main unit is easy to precipitate materials. Please adjust it appropriately.

Fineness adjustment: According to the size of the material, soft and hard, water content, specific gravity, the thickness of the processing is also different. The analyzer above can be adjusted, the rotation speed is high, the fineness is high, the rotation speed is low, and the fineness is low. Increase the fineness, the output will be reduced accordingly, if the fan speed should be debugged if it is not up to the requirement, the user can flexibly master. The scraping limit of the grinding roller ring, the remaining minimum wall thickness shall not be less than 10mm.
