PFW Impact Crusher (Also known as “European Impact Crusher”) is mainly used in metallurgy, mine, cement, chemical engineering, fire resistant materials, ceramics and other industries, as well as in the expressway construction, water conservancy projects, aggregate and machine-made sand fields, etc.

Working Principle

PFW Impact Crusher breaks materials with impact force. When materials enter the working area of hammer, they may be crushed under the high-speed shock and then thrown onto the impact device above the rotor for another crushing. Next, materials bounce from the lining plate to the working area of hammer again. This process repeats continuously until materials reach qualified granularity and are discharged. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor rack can change the granularity and shape of finished products. Behind the impact plate is a spring safety device. When unbreakable materials enter the crushing chamber, the impact rack goes backwards to discharge unbreakable materials out of the crusher.

    Operational Principle

    PFW Impact Crusher offers with supplies by way of the influence force. When the supplies enter the cavity, they may be crushed by the high-speed influence of your blow bar. So they may be thrown in to the influence plates around the rotor for secondary crushing. Then the supplies are going to be shot back towards the blow bar once more for the third crushing. This course of action repeats till the supplies are crushed towards the necessary size and discharged in the reduced aspect in the machine. The size and shape of your completed powder will be changed by adjusting the gap involving the influence rack and rotor assistance. The machine employs self-weight safety device in its back frame. When other objects enter the influence cavity, they may be forced out of your machine by the effect rack inside the front and back on the machine.
