Most bentonite is essentially calcium-based bentonite, and the performance of sodium bentonite is much higher than that of calcium-based bentonite, so we can obtain high-quality sodium bentonite by soda ash.

We can use the tumble dryer to completely evaporate the moisture of the bentonite, which needs to be dried by a dryer to at least the amount of water.

The dried bentonite is pulverized to the ore which satisfies the feeding requirements of the grinder, and is lifted from the hoist to the storage hopper, and then the electromagnetic vibrating feeder uniformly feeds the bentonite main material of the grinder into the grinding chamber for powdering.

The ground material is classified by the system airflow of the classifier. Unqualified powders are sorted by classifier and returned to the grinding chamber for regrind.

The bentonite after grinding is in the form of powder, which contains unqualified impurities. For example, sand, calcite, quartz stone, etc., are separated by a filtration screening machine to obtain high-purity bentonite.

The powder that satisfies the fineness enters the powder collection system, and the gas stream passes through the pipe and the gas powder is separated. The finished powder is delivered to the finished silo via a conveyor and then evenly packaged by a powder tanker or automatic baler.
