The heating of the oil tank and the rotating device of the ultrafine mill is a common failure. At this stage, if the transmission device and the lubricant in the oil tank of the analyzer are working, The viscosity is too large, and the lubricating oil cannot be sent into the rolling bearing, which causes the bearing to run out of heat due to lack of oil, and at the same time, the transmission device and the analysis engine oil tank generate heat. In addition, if the analyzer runs in the opposite direction, the current of the entire mill will increase sharply, the temperature of the analyzer will also increase, and the transmission device and the fuel tank of the analyzer will generate heat. In such a failure, we should check whether the viscosity of the oil meets the requirements and check whether the analysis machine is running in the reverse direction. When the ultrafine mill does not produce powder or too little powder, it will affect the output of the mill. Due to the tightness of the powder lock, a large amount of powder will leak out and the finished powder will be reduced. The effect is weakened, resulting in too little flour. When this kind of failure occurs, we should check the seal state of the powder locker in time, detect whether the blade is worn out in time, and replace it with a new one if necessary to make it reach normal working conditions.
