What are the precautions for wet ultrafine mills after shutdown?

The wet ultra-fine mill is the key equipment for crushing the material after it is broken. It consists of main parts such as feeding part, discharging part, turning part and transmission part. Ultrafine mill are widely used in cement, silicate products, new construction materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal mineral processing and glass ceramics and other production industries.

Cautions for shutdown of wet ultrafine mills:

  • 1. Rinse the ultrafine mill with water until the discharge slurry is clear and translucent. The rotation time is limited to 5 to 10 minutes. Failure to rotate the ultra-fine mill for a long time will cause wear and damage to the ultra-fine mill liner. Long-term grinding of steel balls should be unloaded to avoid deformation of the cylinder.
  • 2, if the long-term shutdown, the method is to open the lubrication system so that the main bearing floats, and then use the bracket and hydraulic jack system to lift the ultra-fine grinding machine, so that the hollow shaft away from the bearing, and then use the support branch ultrafine grinding machine barrel body.
  • 3, cut off the power supply of ultra-fine powder mill and auxiliary equipment.
  • 4. Drain the oil from the bearing housing. If the oil is clean, store it in a sealed oil drum.
  • 5, drain the water in the cooling pipe, so as not to crack the cooling water pipe when the weather is cold.
  • 6, protect the lubrication system, motor, air clutch and slow drive can not enter the dust, but can not be sealed too tightly, so as to avoid moisture accumulation. Use a small heater or light bulb to prevent moisture build up.
  • 7. Move the spray lubrication pump into a lightweight, non-hardened oil drum and start the pump until light grease is sprayed from the nozzle. Ensure that the grease used for normal use does not harden and that the lubrication lines and nozzles are not blocked.
  • 8. Place desiccant in all control and electrical panels to prevent moisture accumulation and safely seal the control panel.
